We are on the lookout for an exceptional Supply Chain Coordinator/Dropshipping Procurement Officer to join our team. Responsibilities:
Evaluate and Select Suppliers:
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, managing vendor relationships virtually.
Purchase Management:
- Virtually oversee the procurement of goods and services, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisitions.
Supplier Management:
- Maintain effective communication with vendors.
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues and optimize partnerships.
- Coordinate functions like production, shipping, and logistics.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure purchased items meet quality standards through virtual quality control measures.
- Handle any quality-related issues with suppliers remotely.
- Ensure that orders are processed within the agreed timeline.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain organized records of procurement activities and invoices.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with various departments or teams through virtual meetings and communication tools.
Qualifications:
>> Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
>> Proven experience as a Procurement Officer or in a similar procurement role, with remote work capabilities for at least 2 years.
>> Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and supplier evaluation.
>> Proficiency in Google Workspace.
>> Strong background in Dropshipping, Shopify, AliExpress, and Alibaba.
>> Excellent virtual communication and negotiation skills.
>> Experience using ERP systems.
>> Proven track record of success in improving supply chain efficiency and reducing costs.
>> Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
>> Ability to work in any US Eastern Time Zone.
>> Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
>> Strong English communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. Can understand and Speak Chinese a PLUS but not required.
>> Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
>> Process-driven with high attention to detail.
