About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Transaction Coordinator to support our real estate team in managing transactions from contract to closing. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Canadian real estate market, a strong understanding of transaction processes, and excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, agents, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Manage real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Prepare and review transaction documents, contracts, and disclosures for compliance.
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and attorneys throughout the process.
Maintain accurate records and update CRM or transaction management systems.
Ensure all required signatures, forms, and documents are properly completed and submitted.
Schedule inspections, appraisals, and closings as needed.
Assist in resolving any transaction-related issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Transaction Coordinator, Real Estate Assistant, or in a similar role.
Knowledge of Canadian Real Estate Practices: Familiarity with real estate laws, regulations, and transaction processes in Canada.
Software Proficiency: Experience with transaction management systems (e.g., Dotloop, Skyslope), CRM platforms, and document management tools.
Attention to Detail: Strong ability to review and process contracts accurately.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
Availability: Must be responsive and able to work in the client’s time zone as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with real estate brokerages, agents, or teams in Canada.
Knowledge of provincial real estate regulations and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant tools.
