Ticket Lister, and Order Fulfillment Specialist (Virtual Assistant)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Ticket Pricer, Lister, and Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team as a Virtual Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pricing, listing, and fulfilling orders on popular online platforms, including Skybox, Automatic, StubHub, Ticombo, Viagogo, and other resale websites. Experience with football tickets, including Premier League clubs such as Manchester United, Manchester City, Liverpool, Newcastle, Chelsea, West Ham, Tottenham Hotspur, and Crystal Palace, as well as tickets for Real Madrid and top concert events, is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
Pricing:

Analyze market trends to set competitive prices for tickets.
Adjust prices based on demand and event status to maximize sales.
Listing:

Create and manage ticket listings on platforms such as Skybox, Automatic, StubHub, Ticombo, Viagogo, and other resale websites.
Ensure accurate and appealing descriptions for each ticket listing.
Utilize techniques such as speculative listing to identify profitable opportunities.
Monitor and update listings regularly to reflect changes in availability or pricing.
Order Fulfillment:

Process and fulfill ticket orders promptly and accurately.
Coordinate with suppliers and clients to ensure timely delivery of tickets.
Address any issues or discrepancies with orders in a timely manner.
Inventory Management:

Work alongside ticket purchasers to fill out Google Sheets with details of tickets purchased.
Ensure clear documentation of inventory available for specific events and areas to optimize listing strategies.
Event Research:

Conduct thorough research to identify profitable events and ticketing opportunities.
Leverage market insights to propose new strategies for ticket sales.
Customer Service:

Provide exceptional support to clients regarding ticket availability, pricing, and order status.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in pricing, listing, and fulfilling orders on online ticket platforms, specifically Skybox, Automatic, StubHub, Ticombo, Viagogo, and other resale websites.
Experience with football tickets, including Premier League clubs, is highly desirable.
Demonstrated experience in purchasing tickets, with the opportunity to make purchases as part of the role.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and pricing strategies.
Knowledge of techniques such as speculative listing and other innovative methods for ticket sales—candidates should mention these in their CV.
Previous experience using relevant tools for ticketing and listing should be specified, along with their familiarity with those tools.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficient in using Google Sheets and various online tools for ticket sales.
