Job Title: Technical SEO & Site Speed Optimization Specialist (GoHighLevel Expert Preferred)

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Technical SEO Specialist & Web Performance Expert to optimize our GoHighLevel (GHL) website for speed, performance, and SEO best practices. The ideal candidate should have experience with GHL, technical SEO fixes, and web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to resolve code-based issues affecting rankings and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Speed Optimization (GHL & General Performance)
• Optimize GHL site speed by minimizing CSS, JS, and render-blocking resources.
• Improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS) for better user experience.
• Optimize images (convert to WebP, apply lazy loading, compress files).
• Reduce server response times (TTFB), leverage caching, and improve DNS resolution.
• Implement a CDN strategy (Cloudflare or similar, if applicable).

Technical SEO Fixes (Code & Structural Improvements)
• Ensure proper H1-H6 heading structure and meta tag optimization.
• Fix canonicalization, duplicate content issues, and internal linking.
• Improve robots.txt, XML sitemaps, and Google Search Console (GSC) indexing errors.
• Implement structured data (Schema markup) for local SEO, FAQs, and services.
• Optimize Open Graph (OG) and Twitter Card metadata for better social sharing.

JavaScript SEO & Rendering Fixes
• Ensure Googlebot can render JavaScript-heavy pages.
• Optimize JavaScript execution for faster rendering.
• Diagnose and fix crawlability & indexing issues caused by JS/CSS.

Monitoring & Reporting
• Run Google PageSpeed Insights & Lighthouse audits to track improvements.
• Provide recommendations for ongoing technical SEO and site speed maintenance.
• Troubleshoot issues in Google Search Console (GSC) and Google Analytics.

Requirements:

? Proven experience in technical SEO & web performance optimization.
? Strong knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) page builder (preferred but not mandatory).
? Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ability to debug code issues.
? Experience optimizing Core Web Vitals & page speed performance.
? Familiarity with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and PageSpeed Insights.
? Experience with structured data (Upgrade to see actual info/JSON-LD).
? Knowledge of caching, CDN setup, and DNS optimization.

Preferred Qualifications:

???? Prior experience optimizing sites built on GoHighLevel (GHL).
???? Knowledge of Cloudflare and caching techniques.
???? Strong background in local SEO and ranking for Google Maps.
???? Familiarity with server performance & TTFB optimization.
