About the Role
We are seeking a Technical IT Support Specialist with experience in IFS ERP to join our dynamic IT team. This role involves providing end-to-end technical support, ensuring the optimal performance of our IFS ERP system, and addressing day-to-day IT challenges. The ideal candidate will be proactive, solution-oriented, and possess a solid understanding of ERP systems and IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
ERP Support:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the IFS ERP system, including issue identification, analysis, and resolution.
- Assist in the configuration, customization, and maintenance of the IFS ERP system.
- Work closely with functional teams to ensure seamless integration of the ERP system with business processes.
Technical Support:
- Respond to IT support tickets and provide hands-on assistance for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including computers, printers, and mobile devices.
- Ensure data integrity, backup, and recovery processes are adhered to.
System Enhancements:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for system improvements.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and testing to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Document technical processes and create user manuals for training purposes.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Serve as the point of contact for IFS ERP-related inquiries and liaise with external vendors as needed.
- Train end-users on ERP functionalities and new system features.
- Support cross-departmental IT projects and ensure timely delivery of technical solutions.

Qualifications & Skills
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in a Technical IT Support role.
- Hands-on expertise with **IFS ERP system** (implementation, configuration, or support).
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and operating systems.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL and report generation tools (e.g., Crystal Reports).
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and virtualization technologies.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
Soft Skills:
