We are are an online e-commerce retailer based inside the United Kingdom (Near Liverpool). We are looking to recruit 2 x Full Stack Web Developers to re-build our Magento 2 store including one senior tech lead and further to this to help build several API connections, mobile Apps and further micro-sites for niche product ranges.

We work with Adobe Commerce (Magento 2).

What will my day look like?

As a senior lead you will have responsibility for our tech stack, therefore when something isn’t working.

At the beginning, you will manage one or two mid-level developers who you should work closely with, upskilling and assigning tasks to them as well as completing your own more complex development tasks.

You should also be very hands-on and you should be full of ideas on ways to improve our website and ultimately our revenue/conversion rates.

The types of tasks which are we looking to complete are:

- Support the current website, ensuring that the site is fully updated for security reasons, fixing any bugs and developing new features
- Re-build the front-end of our Magento website in the Hyva Theme (www.hyva.io/)
- Develop a Mobile App, connected to our magento store for IoS and Android or potentially we are open to a PWA store setup build in a PWA theme, if you advise this is the correct approach.
- Build Api connections to our accounting solutions and any other relevant internally used systems who have open API availability
- Create new modules/features subject to business practices to increase our conversion rates
- Help build several microsites and landing pages to assist in the businesses sales efforts, growing company revenue.

Our Team

Our team currently consists of 14 staff members. Nine of whom are UK based and five are currently home workers in the Philippines employed directly by our company.

The current team totally consists of admin staff, graphics, copywriters, email marketing, warehouse staff and our sales team.

However, within the next 3-5 months, this Philippines team will grow by another 11 people handling various positions, from Management, SEO, Content, Marketing and VA's.

- You should have at least 5 years experience in Magento 2 Development (Adobe
