Super Admin & Bookkeeper (Remote) – Construction Industry

Base Salary Range: $700 - $1,000 USD per month (depending on experience & qualifications)
Performance Bonuses: $300 USD+
Start Date: Immediately after initial training & trial week

Mounts Bay Co is a family-owned carpentry business specializing in high-end home renovations, deck building, and pergola installations. We take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship to both commercial and residential clients in Perth. As a growing business, we are looking for a Superstar Admin & Bookkeeper to help streamline our operations.
Who We’re Looking For
We need a proactive, detail-oriented, and forward-thinking individual who can take charge of bookkeeping, job management, and CRM organization. The ideal candidate is someone looking for long-term career growth in the construction industry, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being an essential part of a growing business.
Responsibilities
*Bookkeeping & Financial Management:
-Manage and reconcile bank statements, financial records, accounts payable and receivable
-Process invoices and payments
-Prepare weekly financial reports (profit & loss, balance sheets)
-Handle payroll processing and superannuation
-Ensure compliance with Australian tax regulations (BAS, GST, etc.)
-Communicate with accountants and financial advisors
-Use Xero for bookkeeping
-Cross-reference expenses with invoices
*Admin & Operations Support:
-Schedule appointments for employees and contractors
-Manage and optimize our CRM (Ascora) and task management system (Asana)
-Handle inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate person
Ideal Experience & Skills
-Minimum two years of experience in bookkeeping and administration (remote work preferred)
-Industry experience in the construction sector (Australia preferred)
-Proficiency in Xero, Asana, and CRM tools
-Experience in construction job costing
-Understanding of Australian tax compliance
-Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
-Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Must-Have Experience
-Payroll processing
-End-of-month financial reporting
-Basic budgeting and spreadsheet experience
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary: $800 - $1,200 USD per month
