JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented B2B Digital Marketing Operations Manager to support our paid media team by coordinating campaigns, managing content workflows, and ensuring seamless task execution. This role acts as the central link between the team lead, campaign managers, and clients, facilitating efficient operations, task prioritization, and effective communication. While this position focuses on coordination, content organization, and task management, it does not involve campaign strategy or direct optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in setting up remarketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing, and Facebook, without performance goal responsibilities.
* Collaborate with the team lead to ensure all campaigns align with client requirements and deadlines.
* Upload creative and content assets to campaigns in a timely manner.
* Organize and track client content to ensure smooth approvals and on-time delivery.
* Work with clients and internal teams to refine content and develop campaign briefs.
* Oversee content delivery processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.
* Document key action items froUpgrade to see actual infoetings and assign tasks to the appropriate teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
* Monitor task deadlines and proactively follow up with the team to ensure completion.
* Maintain and update a weekly task tracker, providing key updates to the team lead.
* Prepare client meeting decks in collaboration with the team lead, summarizing progress, updates, and next steps.
* Organize insights and ensure all materials are presentation-ready.
* Act as the primary point of coordination between clients, the team lead, and campaign managers.
* Identify and escalate bottlenecks or operational challenges to the team lead as needed.

Required Qualifications:
* At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing operations, project management, or client account coordination.
* Familiarity with paid media platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, including campaign workflows.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and team interactions.
* Experience working in a fast-paced marketing agency or managing multiple stakeholders.
* Proficiency in task management tools such as Upgrade to see actual info, Asana, or Trello.

Preferred Skills:
* Experience coordinating marketing projects in a B2B environment.
* Basic understanding of remarketing campaign workflows and best practices.
* Experience preparing client-facing presentations or reports.
* Familiarity with data reporting tools such as Google Sheets or Looker Studio.
