At SkinDealer, we are dedicated to helping our clients achieve radiant, healthy skin through exceptional spa services. We are seeking a proactive and creative individual to join our team as a Spa Marketing & Client Coordinator, driving our marketing efforts and ensuring smooth client interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
Design and schedule engaging content using Canva for platforms like Instagram,
Monitor and engage with followers to foster community growth and brand loyalty.
Track social media performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Lead Generation & Cold Calling:
Conduct outreach to potential clients via cold calls and other channels to promote spa services.
Develop and maintain a lead database.
Follow up with leads to secure appointments and build lasting relationships.
Appointment Scheduling:
Coordinate client appointments efficiently using scheduling tools.
Manage the spa's booking system to ensure a seamless daily schedule.
Communicate appointment details and handle rescheduling requests professionally.
Creative Design:
Create marketing materials such as promotional graphics, flyers, and
Collaborate with the team to maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Eastern Time
Qualifications
Proficiency in Canva with a strong eye for design and branding.
Experience in social media management, including content creation and analytics.
Confidence in making cold calls and building rapport with potential clients.
Strong organizational skills to handle scheduling and client interactions effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills
Prior experience in a spa, beauty, or wellness environment.
Familiarity with appointment scheduling software.
Knowledge of marketing strategies to attract local clients.
