The Role: Sales Development Assistant

We are on the lookout for a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Development Assistant to join our growing team as our very first hire. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting SDRs on exciting projects, from disruptive startups to unicorns scaling at breakneck speed. What You’ll Do:

Leverage AI to Supercharge Prospecting: Use our custom-built AI tools to design prospecting plans and strategies while adding your research skills to prep accounts for outreach.
Own the SDR Process: Take charge of key elements of the SDR workflow, from managing email campaigns to crafting personalized handwritten notes.
Collaborate Like a Pro: Work closely with a dedicated SDR to refine sales strategies, execute outreach plans, and maximize conversions.
Master Tech-Savvy Outreach: Draft compelling emails, write engaging video outreach scripts, and help us stay ahead of the competition with every interaction.
