Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Social Media Manager/Social Media Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various client social media channels, developing strategies to enhance each channel's presence, and driving growth. This role requires a collaborative mindset, as you will be working closely with our graphic designers and video editors to create engaging and relevant content.



Key Responsibilities:

-Manage and oversee different client social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
-Develop and implement effective social media strategies tailored to each client's goals.
-Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to create visually appealing and engaging content.
-Research and stay updated on industry-specific trending content to incorporate into clients' social media strategies.
-Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
-Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around each client's brand.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.


Qualifications:

-Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Social Media Strategist, or similar role.
-Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Ability to create, edit, and optimize content for different social media platforms.
-Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools(Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
-Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
