As we expand our services—including an innovative advocacy platform, Abbys—we are looking for a passionate and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. With 3–4 team members currently focused on processing loans and property services, we aim to build our brand presence and connect with new clientele across Australia.


Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented individual to lead our social media marketing efforts. In this role, you will:
- Develop and Implement Strategies: Build and execute social media strategies to grow our brand presence and connect with our target audience of young investors and first-home buyers in Australia.
- Content Creation: Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and blogs that reflect our mission and values.
- Community Engagement: Foster relationships with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage interactions on social media platforms.
- Email Marketing Campaigns: Assist in implementing a targeted marketing strategy for our network of accounting clients by creating consistent, attention-grabbing content. Use Mailchimp to distribute branded campaigns that highlight our services and drive engagement.
- Website Enhancement: Collaborate with developers to improve and finalize our website (www.hivewealthco.com.au).
- Portfolio Growth: Help us build a strong and consistent online presence that aligns with our vision of empowering people through property investments.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track social media performance, analyze trends, and recommend improvements to increase engagement and conversions.

Qualifications:
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced: Proven experience in social media marketing, branding, and content creation. A portfolio showcasing past projects is essential.
- Creative: Strong writing and visual storytelling skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in social media tools, scheduling platforms, and website collaboration.
- Strategic: Able to develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the Australian market.
- Collaborative: Comfortable working with a small team and liaising with developers and other stakeholders.
- Results-Oriented: Focused on delivering measurable results, including follower growth and engagement metrics.
