Job Title: Social Media Marketer
Location: Remote
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (UK time)
Reports To: CEO

Salary: $850+ per month, depending on experience

We’re looking for a Social Media Marketer with strong experience in social media management, email marketing, graphic design, and automation strategies. This is a permanent, full-time position for someone eager to make a long-term impact within our innovative healthcare organisation.

Role Overview:
You will develop social media strategies, create engaging content, manage email marketing campaigns, and use automation tools to streamline processes and integrate platforms. Your goal will be to enhance our online presence, increase brand awareness, and generate leads through efficient sales and marketing funnels.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute social media strategies on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Create and schedule engaging content tailored for each platform.
• Design visuals using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
• Develop and execute automation strategies to streamline processes and integrate platforms using tools such as GoHighLevel CRM and Make.com.
• Create and optimise sales and marketing funnels to enhance efficiency and drive results.
• Produce animation videos to create engaging and dynamic content (a huge plus).
• Monitor social media interactions and use analytics tools to track campaign performance and optimise strategies.
• Must use Timeproof for screen monitoring upon joining. Non-compliance will result in termination and withholding of payment.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in social media marketing, email marketing, and automation strategies.
• Strong graphic design skills with a solid portfolio showcasing your work, including social media content, email campaigns, and any animations (if applicable).
• Knowledge of analytical thinking to evaluate campaign success and make data-driven improvements.
• Experience creating amazing email marketing campaigns.
• Ability to create animation videos is a huge plus.
• Excellent English communication.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• References will be requested before the start date to ensure the integrity and reliability of the candidate.
