Social Media Manager needed!

We're seeking a passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team!
You'll be responsible for developing and executing a strategic social media plan to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across various platforms (e.g Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, etc.).

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.
- Create engaging and high-quality content (text, images, videos) for our social media channels.
- Manage and schedule social media posts using relevant scheduling tools.
- Build and nurture a strong online community through active engagement with followers.
- Monitor social media analytics and reporting on key metrics (reach, engagement, website traffic, etc.)
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field preferred.
- Exceptional English writing and editing skills.
- +2 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.
- Proven ability to create engaging and effective social media content (written, visual).
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering error-free, polished copy.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software (Canva, CapCut, etc.)
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to social media
- Experience in the dental industry or healthcare sector is a plus
