Social Media Manager & Chatbot Automation

Manager & ManyChat Specialist to help grow our brand, increase conversions, and engage our audience through strategic content creation and automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for social media management, brand storytelling, lead generation, and scaling conversions through effective campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management & Strategy

Develop and execute a strong social media strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Create and manage a content schedule to ensure consistent posting across platforms.

Conduct in-depth research to find well-performing hashtags and keywords.

Monitor and analyze social media performance through detailed analytics reports.

Schedule and publish posts across multiple platforms.

Manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram ads for better reach and conversion.


ManyChat & Lead Generation

Set up and manage ManyChat automation /to nurture leads and drive engagement.

Implement chatbot sequences to improve customer experience and increase conversions.

Optimize automated campaigns to generate high-quality leads and sales.


Graphic Design & Content Creation

Design visually appealing social media posts, banners, and promotional materials.

Create eye-catching videos and graphics to enhance engagement.

Edit and manipulate photos for marketing and branding purposes.

Develop logos and branding assets to maintain brand consistency.


Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management, ManyChat automation, and content creation.

Strong understanding of lead generation and increasing social media conversions.

Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent).

Experience with Facebook & Instagram Ads and campaign optimization.

Ability to analyze social media data and adjust strategies accordingly.

Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
