## The Role

We're looking for an Assistant who's also good at social media. You'll start with basic tasks and can grow into bigger responsibilities as you learn more about our work.

## What You'll Do Every Day

You will help us distribute content everyday across various social media channels, and newsletters. You will also be managing a bunch of projects and ad hoc requests as they come up.

- Work with Excel spreadsheets
- Help set up newsletters in ConvertKit
- Keep files and documents organized
- Help with our new online community
- Work with team members on various tasks
- Post and manage social media content
- Help with other daily tasks as needed

## What You Need

- Good internet connection
- Strong Excel skill
- Good English speaking
- A computer with 16GB RAM (needed for our design tools)

## Work Hours

- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Work in the American Hours (can be flexible by a few hours)
- Long-term position (more than 6 months)

## Pay

$3-10 per hour, based on your experience
