Social Media Assistant – Content Creation & Engagement with intention to set appointments - Part-Time with room for more hours.

????Location: Remote for a real estate agent in California, USA.
???? Salary: $5 USD an hour with opportunities for large bonus. 15 hours a week.
???? Hours: Monday to Friday 3pm - 6pm

About Us:
I am a fast-growing real estate agent looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to help manage and grow my online presence.

Responsibilities:
? Create and schedule posts on: Facebook Personal, Facebook Business, Facebook Groups, Instagram, Youtube, Google Business Page, Linkedin, Next Door, WeChat, Red Door (Chinese Facebook), Youtube Ads, Yelp, Tiktok
? Design eye-catching graphics using Canva or similar tools?
? Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) using CapCut or similar apps?
? Write engaging captions and use relevant hashtags?
? Engage with followers – respond to comments, messages, and interact with relevant accounts?
? Research trends, hashtags, and content ideas to boost engagement?
? Track and report social media performance analytics?
? Other related tasks as needed

Qualifications:
???? Experience in social media management (at least 1 year preferred)?
???? Preferably worked with real estate agent
???? Strong design skills (Canva, Photoshop is a plus)?
???? Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro is a plus)?
???? Excellent English writing and communication skills?
???? Ability to follow brand guidelines and adapt tone of voice?
???? Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently?
???? Fast learner and open to feedback

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!):
? Experience with scheduling tools (google calendar, Upgrade to see actual info)?
? Background in social media strategy or paid ads?
? Knowledge of real estate in Silicon Valley California
