We’re seeking a talented and creative Social Media and Content Manager to join our cryptocurrency-focused team. As the manager, you will play a crucial role in creating, managing, distributing, and scheduling engaging social media content across our platforms, including TikTok, X.com (formerly

Responsibilities:
-Develop, create, and schedule compelling content across all social media platforms, focusing on YouTube, TikTok, X.com, and Instagram.
-Adapt premade content provided by the team and strategically schedule it for maximum reach and engagement.
Transform long-form YouTube videos into creative and engaging short-form content (e.g., reels) to optimize visibility across platforms.
-Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generating reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.
-Brainstorm and implement innovative ideas to enhance our marketing efforts and token promotion initiatives.
-Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and industry technologies, ensuring our strategies are forward-thinking and impactful.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the cryptocurrency or technology sector.
-Strong understanding of social media content creation and platform-specific strategies, particularly for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X.com.
-Experience using AI content creation tools such as MidJourney, Runway ML, or similar platforms.
-Familiarity with social media analytics tools to measure performance and drive data-informed strategies.
-Exceptional communication and copywriting skills for crafting engaging, platform-tailored content.
-Proficiency in video editing, with a focus on creating short-form content and reels.
-Creative mindset and ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines.
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
