Short Video Editor / Long Form Video Ediator / Social Media Video Editor

I'm seeking a talented video editor to join my growing company for short- and long-form video content creation. I've got some basic video editing experience myself, but I'm fully looking to outsource video production to a talented and experienced video editor. I'm looking to hire long term, and I'm not afraid to pay more for somebody who already knows the ropes and can independently work and self-improve.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce high-quality, long-form video content for YouTube and other platforms
- Take the mental load off of me to worry about the video creation details (transitions, sound design, captions, etc.)
- Create dynamic short-form content (15-60 seconds) for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Collaborate with me to develop engaging storytelling approaches
- Color grade footage and mix audio to professional standards
- Maintain organized project files and media assets

Requirements:
- At least C1 level English, preferably native level
- Experience with Social Media Video Content Creation and Youtube Video Creation
- Proficient with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Capcut
- Experience with motion graphics and sound design
- Excellent eye for pacing, timing, and visual storytelling
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to have but mandatory:
- Lightroom and Photoshop editing skills to 1.) Touch up / edit images 2.) Create Yt thumbnails
