We are looking for a skilled Shopify Developer to join our dynamic team to drive success in our e-commerce projects and ensure exceptional online store experiences.

Role Summary:
As a Shopify Developer at Evolving Digital, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimising our clients' Shopify sites. You will work closely with our project managers, designers, and marketing team to create compelling, user-friendly online stores that effectively convey the brand and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement new features and functionality for Shopify websites.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Integrate third-party and platform-supported apps into Shopify sites.
- Collaborate with web designers to revise and improve site content and layout.
- Provide technical expertise and support to team members and clients, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to e-commerce and Shopify.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in e-commerce, Shopify, and overall industry practices.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Shopify Developer with a strong portfolio of Shopify projects.
- Proficient in Shopify’s templating language (Liquid), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
- Experience with Shopify API integration, and third-party APIs.
- Familiarity with Shopify theme development and customisation.
- Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
