Key Responsibilities
• Custom Development: Write and implement custom scripts in Google Apps Script (Google Sheets, Google Workspace) and Zapier Code Steps to automate and enhance business operations.
• Streamline Processes: Collaborate directly with the firm owner to develop tools that improve efficiency across client intake, case management, document generation, and communication.
• Integration and Automation: Design and maintain workflows that integrate various platforms and custom APIs.
• Leverage AI/LLMs: Work with large language models (like OpenAI’s ChatGPT) to create and utilize advanced automations and solutions tailored to the firm’s needs.
• Data Management: Develop tools to organize, export, and visually present data from Google Sheets and other platforms for operational insights.
• Error Handling and Maintenance: Build robust error-handling processes for automation workflows, ensuring smooth operation with minimal downtime.
• Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with the firm owner to identify bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions.
