Sales and Customer Support Representative

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused individual to manage sales and customer support activities. This role involves engaging with potential clients (cold leads) worldwide and guiding them through the sales process. The representative will also provide ongoing support, ensuring that clients maximize the value of our products and services.
This role requires flexibility to work non-standard hours to accommodate clients in the U.S. and Europe time zones. Please ensure your availability aligns with this requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
-Reach out to potential clients globally through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
-Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and promote products/services.
-Provide product/service demonstrations and assist clients with onboarding.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by offering ongoing support and training.
-Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
-Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
-Meet sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements:
-Fluent in English (verbal and written).
-2-4 Years Experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or account management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with international clients and manage diverse relationships.
- Comfortable explaining and promoting software or services.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Organized and results-driven.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
