Job Description:
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant – Sales Support to play a critical role in assisting our sales team. Your primary focus will be to support sales operations, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional client experiences. This is a role for someone who excels at task management, communication, and maintaining high standards of professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, organize meetings, and assist with lead generation.
Task Management: Handle client accounts, process client requests, update records, and address concerns.
Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Reporting: Assist in creating sales reports, presentations, and proposals.
Documentation: Maintain databases, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications:
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail in data entry and document processing.
Familiarity with CRM platforms to manage data and sales pipelines.
Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST (Graveyard Shift).
