I run a US-based land investing and real estate company.

Your Job
You will be calling warm leads, qualifying them, and discussing the sale of their real estate. You'll talk about ballpark prices, and if they’re interested, you’ll book them an appointment on our client's calendar.
A Typical Day Could Include:
- Calling outbound to warm real estate leads.
- Building rapport, setting appointments, and discussing prices.
- Working closely in Slack with our global team.
- Managing customer information in our CRM.

Your Skills:
- Advanced/Native English Level C1/C2
- 2+ years of sales experience.
- Tech Skills: Experience with CRM systems like Airtable and GHL.
- Cultural Fit: Alignment with our company's culture, especially in automation, simplification, and continuous learning, with a willingness to adapt and grow within the company.
- Time Zone: Ability to work 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
Compensation:
- $8.00 per hour
- Paid commission every pass-off lead that gets closed
- 40hrs/week
- Bi-Weekly Pay
- Direct Hire – No deductions
