Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service Assistant

Salary and Compensation:

$80 - $100 USD per month (8 - 10 hours per week or up to 40 hours per month)
$2.50 USD per hour to make Follow-up and Outreach Phone Calls to our Contacts or Cold Calls
Schedule Appointments with our Existing Contacts (Warm Contacts) with the possibility of getting commissions that can double your base salary.

Position and Role:

Our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service Assistant will provide make follow-up calls, customer service, appointment scheduling, outreach and cold calls to assist with our Marketing and Sales. Our Founder and Owner of our Public Relations and Marketing Firm and other Team members in the areas of PR, Marketing, Promotions, Event Management, Digital Marketing, Diversity and Inclusion Projects, Social Media, and more!*

A candidate who has sales, customer service, phone skills etc. to support our company is preferred. Other skills are great and provide some training

Requirements:

Be willing to work on Eastern Standard Time (EST) (3 hours per day) twice or three times a week since we are in the United States (New York City/New Jersey)
Excellent English Phone Presence
Excellent Writing/Grammar Skills
Must be friendly and want to be part of our Team and NOT always want to work on your own
But still be able to work on your own, if needed
Must have strong phone skills
Have your own computer and can update our Database
Must have a good Internet Provider with high speed to reduce down time
Be able to connect to our virtual phone system
Can get commissions for Sales Closed
Excellent English
Excellent Writing/Grammar Skills
Have the ability to schedule Customer Appointments and coordinate calendar, meetings, special projects (as needed), etc.
Must be very organized, be able to multi-task, and flexible for changing priorities and a busy environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
The person should be enthusiastic, articulate, poised, and professional
Must feel comfortable learning new skills
Must be detail-oriented and be able to work well with a team as well as on your own
