Sales Specialist

We are hiring a Sales Specialist to provide sales support to our US based business prospects and clients.

We are an outsourced IT support provider (MSP) and service small and medium sized businesses in our local area (Dallas, Texas) and nationwide.

We are looking for a Sales Specialist to help with the following duties:

-Create and manage quotations
-Coordinate with team members to develop solutions
-Follow up with prospects and clients
-Update sales tracking database
-Coordinate with finance and operations team on processing new sales
-Coordinate with distributors and partners for stock availability and referrals
-Develop outreach strategies and assist with outbound campaigns
-Improve overall sales processes
-Provide exceptional customer service and responsiveness
-Work directly with company owner on implementing sales strategies

The Sales Specialist should have good communication and follow through. The Sales Specialist should also be organized and detail oriented.

The Sales Specialist will have the opportunity to gain new experiences and grow professionally. We offer performance based pay (monthly bonus) and paid time off.
