We specialize in physical product brands currently operating 8 brands in the following markets: dietary supplements, tea, natural skincare, cosmetics, bulk health foods, spices, and sweeteners.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years relevant experience in managing Supply Chain and Production in the e-Commerce sector, preferably the USA Market
3+ years leadership experience in a manufacturing warehouse, preferably for consumer product goods
2+ years remote work experience
Has very good understanding of manufacturing, inventory management, warehousing and logistics
Is able to build workflows and SOPS, and train others in necessary specific roles
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Adapts well to changes in assignments and priorities
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Strong spreadsheet skills
Understanding of various Ai tools

How you will create Value:
Develop and drive sourcing, procurement and inventory management activities in the warehouse including manufacturing, receiving, dispatch/order fulfillment
Manage daily interactions and work collaboratively with our warehouse ensuring best-in-class operational performance and reliability.
Secure availability of resources and materials, achieve the required performance targets in terms of cost and delivery time
Ensure cost-effective services and transportation of goods, managing the end-to-end process from warehouses to delivery.
Manage continuous Improvement of supply-chain processes and structure (strategy, methods, tools, personnel development, etc.)
Improve the sourcing and procurement workflows and organizational spreadsheet systems and manage the team (1-2 people)
Create SOPs based on the CEO’s concepts and make ensure the team follows those processes
Mentor the Junior Warehouse Lead
Conduct cost analysis and assist with operational expansion in Mexico
Help with international expansion and achieve compliance standards of various countries through research
Ensure regulatory compliance based on our products as well as general import and export regulations
Occasional travel to the warehouse in Tampa, Florida (optional)
