Remote Solar Project Manager

We are seeking a Solar Project Manager and Proposal Designer. You will coordinate and oversee the organization's proposal generation, CRM upkeep, and permitting paperwork submittal.

Qualifications:

Must have excellent organizational skills
Must be proficient with Google Workspace
Must be highly proficient with computers
Must be a self starter
Sales and Client Support 50%

Proposal creation using company software (liaison with partners / sales agents / reference CRM onsite survey reports)
Follow up on and qualify past due leads that have been ignored or dropped by Company sales agents
Update CRM daily with any relevant edits, conversations with clients, updates from Company Operations Group message threads and Company Sales Group message threads
schedule sales meetings via Calendly with Leads that reach out to the company via email, website, directly to agents, social media posts or messages, or company phone lines (liaison with partners / sales agents)
Work with marketing firm to boost social media boosts / send email and text campaigns based on certain local events. (liaison with firm / partners)
Use company provided vendor accounts to create, filter and input new leads into company CRM with name, addresses, email and phone numbers and other relevant criteria. (liaison with partners)
Build Operations Support 50%

Fill out permitting and interconnection paperwork, Send permitting paperwork to clients for digital signature via adobe sign (reference signed install agreement, liaison with clients and ops team)
Prepare and send project closeout reports using installer provided installation documentation reports and photos
