Responsibilities of the Recruiting Specialist (Interviewer):
Your responsibilities include:

Efficient Interview Processes:
> Follow and innovate interview processes, guaranteeing a seamless and effective experience for both candidates and interviewers. Must be highly skilled at identifying skillset, talent and culture fits.

Expert Interviewing Techniques:
> Probe into candidate experiences to discern strengths, weaknesses, and career experience. Understanding how to identify and probe into red flags, determine suitability, and evaluate candidates thoroughly.

Elevated Candidate Experience:
> Champion a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment life cycle, start to finish

Recruiting Process Development:
> Offering support in building the highest quality, effective, and streamlined recruiting process to find high-level outsourced professionals.

ATS Implementation and Management:
> Must be able to utilize the most effective ATS trackers for our teams to ensure effective pairings between client and candidate, and ensure candidates are in the correct pipelines/stages

Admin:
> Ensuring that there are accurate and up-to-date notes on candidate profiles
> Updating trackers with daily, weekly, and monthly metrics
> End-of-day reporting

Project Management: (nice-to-have) You may be assigned a project from time to time
> Must be able to clarify details, set priorities, set deadlines, and move forward on projects effectively.

Specifics:
Time
> Full Time, 5am-2pm MNL (8hrs with a 1hr break)
> Be available during business hours to communicate responsively with your direct supervisor and teammates
> This is a remote position so you can have the freedom to work from anywhere

Expectations for Performance:
In your first 30 days on the job:

Here's an outline of what you can expect in your first 30 days on the job as a Recruiting Specialist

First 2 weeks:
> Daily 1-on-1 meetings with the Recruitment Manager to provide personalized guidance and support during your initial onboarding phase.
> Reviewing SOP’s and Trainings critical to your building your understanding of the tasks and responsibilities you’ll be conducting
> Shadowing Interviewers on Interviews to learn the process and get the hang of the Interview Flow
> Conducting Intro Webinars to share information on WeAssist, Client Profiles, Role Requirements and assist candidates in completing Applications
> Conducting Group Interviews to determine which candidates should proceed to a 1on1 Interview
> Conducting 1on1 Interviews to determine whether a candidate has the cultural values, skill requirements, and attitude to be successful with one of our clients.

Next 30 days:
> Setting monthly Projections and Targets and tracking your numbers daily
> Conducting Intro Webinars to share information on WeAssist, Client Profiles, Role Requirements and assist candidates in completing Applications
> Conducting Group Interviews to determine which candidates should proceed to a 1on1 Interview
> Conducting 1on1 Interviews to determine whether a candidate has the cultural values, skill requirements, and attitude to be successful with one of our clients.
> Note-taking on all candidates, and uploading these to the ATS System whilst making sure the candidates are copied into the correct pipelines/stages
