Job Description: As a Home Care Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified home care workers who align with our values and commitment to client care. You will collaborate with our management team to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the home care industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the applicant tracking system and ensure accurate documentation of the recruitment process.
• Screen and interview applicants to assess their qualifications, experience, and alignment with our company's values.
• Conduct background checks and reference checks to ensure the highest standards of care and safety.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the fluctuating needs of the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job descriptions, responsibilities, and performance expectations.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and home care services.
• Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to identify potential candidates for home care positions.
• Monitor job advertisements and make recommendations for edits and strategy.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the home care or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of the skills and qualifications necessary for non-medical home care positions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking software.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
