KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
Proactively source and attract candidates for various roles for our fitness and wellness studios using job boards and professional networks.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Top Candidate Presentation:
Shortlist and present the top candidates for each role to studio managers for final review and decision-making.
Provide detailed candidate summaries, including strengths, relevant experience, and alignment with role requirements.
Pipeline Development and Management:
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Develop relationships with potential candidates to ensure an engaged talent pool.
Stakeholder Communication and Coordination:
Collaborate with studio managers to understand hiring needs, timelines, and role priorities.
Provide regular updates on the status of recruitment efforts and candidate progress.
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.
Operational and Administrative Tasks:
Manage job postings across multiple platforms, ensuring they are up-to-date and reflective of the brand.
Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate engagement, to inform process improvements.
Maintain organized records of candidate interactions, interviews, and outcomes.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related HR functions.
Demonstrated success in sourcing, screening, and presenting top candidates to hiring managers.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter or job boards.
Experience recruiting for roles within health, wellness, fitness, or service-oriented industries is a plus.
Strong understanding of talent pipeline development and candidate engagement strategies.
Proficiency in managing remote recruitment processes, including virtual interviews and communication.
Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
Track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment goals, including time-to-hire and quality-of-hire metrics.
