What You’ll Do:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles in web development and other tech fields.
- Post job openings on online platforms and engage with talent pools
- Collaborate with founders to understand hiring needs and craft compelling job descriptions.
- Evaluate candidates’ technical and cultural fit through virtual interviews and assessments.
- Manage interview schedules, provide updates to the team, and maintain candidate records.
- Help establish recruitment strategies for a startup environment.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally for tech startups or remote roles.
- Familiarity with job boards, social media recruitment, and virtual hiring tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment where adaptability and creativity are key.
