Real Estate Acquisitions Manager

Southern Acres is a real estate investment company specializing in purchasing vacant land at a discount and exploring residential development opportunities in North and South Carolina.

We’re hiring a Real Estate Acquisitions Manager to identify and secure valuable land deals, working directly with property owners to build lasting relationships. As a growing company, we’re looking for a teammate who can thrive and advance within the organization.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of real estate experience (preferably in acquisitions), is skilled with CRM tools like FollowUpBoss or Land ID, excels in negotiation and communication, and is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.

Compensation: $1000.00 - $1900.00/mo (negotiable) + Commissions + Quarterly Bonus
Fully remote with growth opportunities.
