Job Opening: Part-Time QuickBooks Accountant - Specializing in Construction



Are you a detail-oriented accountant with expertise in QuickBooks Online? We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team part-time and help manage the financial operations of our clients in the construction industry.



Location: Remote

Hours: Part-Time , EST Timezone

RATE : $6.00 - $6.50 PER HOUR

Key Responsibilities:

Invoice Management: Handle invoicing tasks via QuickBooks Online, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
Follow-Up Calls: Proactively communicate with clients to resolve any discrepancies or questions related to invoices and payments.
Bookkeeping: Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, maintaining up-to-date and accurate financial records.
Payroll Management: Oversee and manage payroll operations, ensuring all employees are paid correctly and on time.
Time Tracking: Update weekly hours worked in the system, ensuring all data is correctly recorded for client billing and payroll.

Ideal Candidate:

Experience: Proven background in accounting, specifically with QuickBooks Online. Experience in the construction industry or with cross-construction businesses is highly preferred.
Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Qualifications: Relevant certification or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
