Job Overview:
We are a US -based e-commerce business specializing in Amazon and eBay operations, seeking an experienced QuickBooks specialist to help us set up and optimize our QuickBooks Online account. This is a one-time project (with potential for ongoing support) to configure our accounting system to handle inventory management, track sales from Amazon and eBay, and facilitate payments to our virtual assistants via PayPal and Wise.

Responsibilities:
QuickBooks Setup and Configuration:
Set up and configure our QuickBooks Online account for optimal functionality.
Enable and configure inventory tracking, ensuring all SKUs, costs, and quantities are accurately recorded.
E-commerce Integration:
Integrate Amazon and eBay sales channels with QuickBooks to automatically sync transactions, including revenue, fees, and taxes.
Ensure accurate mapping of income and expenses for streamlined financial reporting.
Payments and Contractor Management:
Set up systems to manage and track payments to virtual assistants in the Philippines via PayPal and Wise.
Enable multicurrency features in QuickBooks to handle international transactions effectively.
Ensure proper categorization of contractor payments for compliance and reporting.
Reporting and Reconciliation:
Configure financial reports to monitor cash flow, profitability, and expenses.
Train us on best practices for reconciling accounts and ensuring accurate bookkeeping.
Documentation and Training:
Provide step-by-step documentation of the setup process.
Offer training on how to use the configured system for day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience setting up and managing QuickBooks Online for e-commerce businesses.
Strong understanding of Amazon and eBay integrations with QuickBooks.
Familiarity with inventory management systems in QuickBooks.
Experience handling international payments through PayPal and Wise.
Proficiency in setting up and using QuickBooks multicurrency features.
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-experts.
Job Type:
