Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate PHP Laravel Developer to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications using the Laravel framework. You will have the flexibility to work independently and manage your projects while also collaborating as part of a broader team when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, record, and maintain cutting-edge web-based PHP applications on the Laravel platform.
Build innovative, state-of-the-art applications and implement user-friendly interfaces with high-standard functionalities.
Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications.
Prepare and maintain all applications utilizing standard development tools.
Utilize backend data services and contribute to the enhancement of existing data services API.
Oversee the entire web application development lifecycle from the concept stage to delivery and post-launch support.
Document the development process, architecture, and standard components.
Manage project priorities and deliverables independently, reporting directly to project stakeholders.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
Proven software development experience in PHP with a strong understanding of the Laravel framework.
Demonstrable knowledge of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, etc.
Good knowledge of relational databases, version control tools, and developing web services.
Experience in common third-party APIs (Google, Facebook, eBay, etc.).
Familiarity with the OpenAI API is a strong plus, as it could be beneficial for future projects and integrations.
Passion for best design and coding practices and a desire to develop new bold ideas.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with building RESTful JSON web services.
Knowledge of other PHP web frameworks such as Yii, Symfony, and CakePHP.
Understanding of open-source projects like Joomla, Drupal, Wikis, osCommerce, etc.
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages.
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
