Dentology, a UK-based marketing agency that helps dental practices grow through social media advertising campaigns, is seeking a talented Performance Video Editor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting fast-paced, engaging video content specifically designed for social media ads, helping to bring our clients’ stories to life and drive their marketing success.

As a Video Editor at Dentology, you will produce high-quality video ads that capture attention and deliver powerful messages within seconds. You will work closely with our creative team to ensure that each video aligns with our clients’ branding and marketing goals while maintaining a style that is visually engaging and optimized for social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce high-quality video ads in line with the creative brief.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure video content aligns with the client’s branding and messaging.
- Apply captions, sound design, and transitions to enhance the final video.
- Manage and organise raw footage, ensuring all project files are stored systematically.
- Meet project deadlines while ensuring the delivery of high-quality videos.
- Provide input on creative decisions during the post-production process to optimise storytelling and engagement.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a portfolio demonstrating your work.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong storytelling skills with an understanding of pacing, structure, and visual aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with remote teams.
- Experience or familiarity with the dental or healthcare sector is advantageous but not essential.
