We are looking for someone with an excellent work ethic and high standards. Someone who wants to grow within a company and seeks ways to win and innovate within the holistic healthcare marketing industry.

We are a medical growth partner called Grow My Clinic that helps the nation's top holistic joint pain and regenerative medicine clinics through our in-house marketing and sales team. All of which include Facebook, Instagram, and Google! (THIS IS WHERE YOU HELP!)

HOW IT WORKS:

1) Our marketing team generates warm, qualified online leads who inquire about treatment

2) our patient appointment setters convert the leads into new patient appointments (this is you!).

Because we're up to our eyeballs in new patient leads, we need more help to serve these leads and turning those into booked new patient appointments for our medical doctors.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This role aims to convert warm leads into new patients for Grow My Clinic's doctors in the most effective & efficient manner possible.

This will be done via phone sales outreach with prospects who have expressed prime interest in our client's services. The Inside patient appointment setters will qualify, educating & scheduling the prospect on the service that best fits their needs.

NOTE: This position is full time and 100% remote. You must have high-speed internet, laptop or computer, and a quiet home office.

DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES:

You'll be calling warm leads and following-up to schedule and confirm as many new patient appointments for Grow My Clinic's doctors Monday thru Friday!

You'll answer incoming calls and immediately following up with inbound leads to get them scheduled for your assigned medical practices.

As part of this opportunity, you'll also be part of a quick-paced and high-growth company. You're getting in on the ground floor of a growing sales team and will have input and responsibility as we grow the team.

You're the top customer service or sales rep at your current company (or at least in the top 5%)
You're great with people – and not afraid to challenge them to be their best
Thrive in high call volume settings (100+ calls per day)
You have a strong internal drive to help people through the sales of a service you believe in, and you hate missing out on potential sales opportunities.

Have less than one year of phone sales experience
You have been in sales for a long time and are looking for a job where you can “coast to the finish line.”

OUTCOMES AND TARGETS:

30-Day Targets:

1.) Learn all tech systems & client offerings to be effective in the position
2.) Master proven scripts, credit card intake, objection handling, and follow-up strategy
3.) Converting a minimum of 4 appointments per day for each client assigned
4.) Ready and able to handle workflow to service five designated doctors' offices
5.) 100+ calls per day

60-Day Targets:

1.) Steadily handling the workload of 8-10 assigned doctors' offices
2.) 80 appointments completed per month (sum of all assigned clients) (4 per day in month 2)
3.) 75% show rate for each assigned client
80% pre-paid intake
4.) 100+ calls per day

90-Day Targets:

1.) 100+ appointments completed per month (sum of all assigned clients) (5 per day in month 3)
2.) 80% show-rate and happy doctors!
3.) 150-200 calls per day (with a dialer automation system)
4.) Great feedback from doctors

KPI's and metrics:

1.) # of sales appointments completed per day, week, month
2.) Patient Appointment Show Rate
3.) # of daily calls
4.) Client retention/feedback

Qualifications:

At Grow My Clinic, we value work ethics, coachability, competitiveness, and your past sales results more than your degree (or lack thereof), GPA, etc.

Required:

- At least three years of VERY high performance appointment setter or sales rep
- At least three years of CRM & sales software experience

Preferred:

- At least three years of phone sales experience
- Experience with low ticket, high volume sales (ie, $5k max sales price, 1-2 calls close) rather than longer cycle -

The Pay Structure

Base: Starting Full-time salary ($600 - $1,000/Month)(Based on Medical and Sales experience)

Commission + Bonus: $50 - $250+ per month

+ Monthly Sales Competitions: $250 first place, $100 second place, and $50 third place
