Part-Time SEO Help

I need a part-time SEO to assist me with working on the SEO aspects of a few sites. These things will include working on on page SEO like schema, meta descriptions, titles, page speed optimizations, and some activities for off page seo work.

If you have any design experience that is a plus as i need landing pages worked on and built or if you have resources that can assist with this.
