Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Part-Time Marketing Manager to take charge of our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing a yearly marketing plan, managing social media and digital advertising campaigns, and ensuring all marketing materials align with our brand identity. The key goal of this role is to create brand awareness and drive inbound inquiries to our venue and website. You should have proven experience in hospitality marketing and be adept at working independently in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement an annual marketing plan aimed at increasing brand visibility and driving inbound inquiries.
Social Media Management: Create, edit, and curate content for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Advertising Campaigns: Plan and execute paid social media and Google Ads campaigns, with a focus on generating leads and inquiries through PPC strategies.
Content Creation & Editing: Collaborate with the team to generate fresh marketing content ideas, oversee content creation (visual and written), and ensure all materials are on-brand.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that all print and digital marketing materials reflect The Abbey’s brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement, with a focus on tracking inbound inquiries.

Key Requirements

Professional Marketing Background: Proven experience in marketing, ideally in the hospitality or event industry.
Digital Marketing Skills: Expertise in social media management, Google Ads, PPC, and content creation/editing.
Branding Expertise: Strong understanding of branding and the ability to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
Lead Generation Focus: Ability to create campaigns specifically aimed at driving inquiries and generating leads.
Creativity & Initiative: Ability to generate fresh ideas for marketing campaigns and content.
Remote Work Experience: Comfortable working remotely, with excellent time management and communication skills.
Preferred Experience

Experience in the wedding or hospitality sector.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan and execute long-term marketing strategies.
Familiarity with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to measure campaign success, especially lead generation and inquiry metrics.
