Position Overview:
We are seeking an Operations and Insights Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing various operational tasks such as reputation management, client auditing, and order processing for our merchandise business. The ideal candidate is someone who can handle multiple responsibilities and is eager to learn and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Reputation Management:
a. Monitor and manage client reviews on various platforms.
b. Respond to reviews professionally and timely, addressing any concerns or feedback.
Client Auditing:
a. Conduct monthly audits for all clients.
b. Create and maintain scorecard dashboards to track client performance and metrics.
Inventory Management:
a. Oversee the processing of orders for our small business, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
b. Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers as needed.
Business Analytics:
a. Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
b. Utilize spreadsheets and be familiar with ClickUp for efficient task management and reporting.
General Operations:
a. Assist in various projects and tasks as assigned.
b. Support specialized roles within the operations team, adapting to different responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications:
•Advanced proficiency in Excel, Airtable, and spreadsheet management.
•Familiarity with ClickUp or similar task management tools.
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
•Previous experience in reputation management or customer service.
•Familiarity with auditing processes and creating performance dashboards.
•Experience with order management and inventory systems.
