About the Role:
We are looking for a tech-savvy Operations Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional client service. As an Operations Assistant, you will be the tech backbone for your designated client “pod,” ensuring all systems are running smoothly, clients are onboarded seamlessly, and any technical issues are resolved efficiently. This role is essential to maintaining high client retention and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Onboarding: Follow SOPs to set up and launch new clients effectively, ensuring they are equipped for success from day one.
• Tech Issue Resolution: Manage day-to-day technical tickets and troubleshooting for clients to ensure smooth operation.
• Client Communication: Engage with clients on tech issues through Slack (and occasionally Zoom), keeping communication clear and professional.
• CRM & Calendar Integration: Handle tasks such as integrating client calendars with our CRM to streamline scheduling and client management.
• Pod Collaboration: Work closely within your pod to ensure all deadlines are met, fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Leadership & Culture: Drive positive culture, leadership, and client-focused outcomes in your team.
• SOP Creation: Develop and update SOPs as needed to improve operational efficiency and processes.
Skills & Tools Required:
• Outstanding Communication: You must be an incredible communicator, capable of explaining technical details clearly.
• Technical Proficiency: Be a “wizard” with tools like:
• Make (formerly Integromat) for automations
• Go High Level for CRM and marketing tasks
• Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and data management
Compensation:
This is a profit-sharing role based on the success of your pod. This means you’ll be directly rewarded for contributing to the team’s growth and client retention, giving you a unique opportunity to run your own “business within a business.”
