JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Online Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist to support our team in generating and managing leads for no code and Voice AI job opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying, reaching out, and following up with potential leads using Pipedrive, LinkedIn, and Instagram DMs.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Outreach & Engagement:
Contact and nurture leads via LinkedIn, Instagram DMs, and Pipedrive
Respond to inquiries, initiate conversations, and build relationships with prospects
Personalize outreach messages for different lead segments

CRM & Pipeline Management:
Use Pipedrive to track and manage leads
Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow-ups
Ensure timely and efficient lead progression

Lead Qualification & Follow-Up:
Identify high-potential leads for no-code and Voice AI jobs
Qualify and segment leads based on engagement and interest level
Follow up persistently and strategically

Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with the team via Slack for updates and coordination
Provide regular reports on outreach performance and lead conversions

Qualifications:
Experience with lead generation and outreach (LinkedIn, Instagram, Slack, Pipedrive)
Proficient in Pipedrive or similar CRM software
Strong written English skills for professional communication
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Experience in tech, SaaS, or AI-related industries is a plus
