Mortgage Sales Representative

We are seeking an American sales professional with a strong background in mortgage sales, specifically targeting clients in the United States and Canada. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an understanding of the US mortgage market, and the ability to effectively connect with American and Canadian clients.

Responsibilities:
-Generate new leads and build a client base in the US and Canada.
-Present mortgage options, explaining terms, rates, and the application process.
-Build relationships with clients, guiding them through the mortgage process and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
-Coordinate with lenders and other industry professionals to ensure a smooth transaction.
-Track leads and conversions using a CRM system, maintaining detailed records of all communications.

Requirements:
-Proven experience in mortgage sales, preferably with knowledge of the US mortgage landscape.
-Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
-Familiarity with mortgage regulations and requirements in both the US and Canada.
-Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
-Reliable internet connection and suitable workspace.
