Position: Medical Virtual Assistant [J-PMV]
Position Type: Full Time
Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (CST)
Work Days: Monday - Friday
Salary: $5 - $6 per hour (depending on experience)

We provide compassionate, personalized care for women navigating life after a mastectomy. Our mission is to support clients with empathy, professionalism, and expertise.

Who We Need
A self-starter with initiative, strong communication skills, and minimal need for supervision. Cultural sensitivity and adaptability are essential. Key performance areas include task completion, accuracy, response time, problem-solving, and communication.

Key Responsibilities
1.Patient & Provider Support: Manage patient inquiries, schedule appointments, assist with virtual consultations, coordinate follow-ups, and support providers with documentation, charting, transcription, and patient coordination.
2.Administrative & Scheduling: Oversee patient records, insurance claims, HIPAA compliance, schedule planning, appointment follow-ups, and task prioritization using CRM systems.
3.Communication & Coordination: Manage email correspondence, organize daily schedules, ensure efficient workflow between patients and providers, and handle social media content creation and engagement.
4.Research & Reporting: Conduct medical research, compile reports, maintain organized documentation, and provide data analysis for decision-making.
5.Order & Product Management: Track, process, and manage inventory of medical products, ensuring timely fulfillment and accuracy.

Must-Haves
*Experience in medical administration, patient care, or telehealth.
*Experience working with Mastectomy & Lymphedema Products is a plus
*Willing to Learn – Quickly grasp mastectomy and lymphedema products for client support
*Excellent English communication skills and customer service skills.
*Familiarity with EMR (OfficeAlly), Microsoft Office, Google Apps, Wix, GoDaddy, Gusto.
*Reliable & Proactive – Takes initiative, follows through, and anticipates business needs.
*Organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented.
*HIPAA compliance knowledge.
*Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.
*Passion for helping others.

Technical Requirements
Device: Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
Internet: High-speed connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
Audio: Noise-canceling headset.
Video: Webcam for virtual meetings.
Workspace: Quiet, professional environment.

Additional Requirements
Availability for video meetings with the video on as needed.
Must not be working with any other clients during required work hours.
