Job Title: Medical Virtual Assistant [D-PPD]
Position Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (EST)
Work Days: Monday - Friday
Salary: $5 - $6 per hour (depending on experience)

By focusing on the complexity of the human body, we support optimal wellness with targeted testing of the GI tract, Immune System, Hormones, Toxins, Nutritional Markers, and Inflammation.

Job Overview
We are seeking skilled Medical Virtual Assistants to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, administrative support, and inside sales assistance while learning and managing our Laboratory Information System (LIS). Successful candidates will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service
•Answer calls from physicians and patients, providing accurate information and directing inquiries to appropriate resources.
•Maintain HIPAA-compliant communication and ensure a professional approach in all interactions.

2. Inside Sales
•Promote and explain testing services to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and relevance.
•Assist with marketing efforts for new diagnostic offerings and services.
•Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and contribute to business growth.

3. System Administration
•Learn and manage the Laboratory Information System (LIS).
•Add new agreements, send onboarding links to new clients, and guide them through the login process.
•Walk clients through the LIS as if conducting a demo, ensuring they are comfortable navigating the system.

4. Physician Communication
•Coordinate with physicians to provide updates on test results and address inquiries regarding pending cases.

5. Handling Patient Inquiries
•Manage calls from patients, often redirecting them to their physicians for test results.
•Provide authorized information when necessary, ensuring proper protocols are followed.

6. Administrative Tasks
•Manage email and text correspondence professionally and consistently.
•Maintain and update patient records and client information using company systems.

Requirements
Skills:
•Strong English communication (verbal and written).
•Customer service orientation with problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
•Sales skills with the ability to promote services effectively.
•Attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to new tools and processes.

Technical Proficiency:
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
•Familiarity with TrueMed and Salesforce is a plus.

Technical Requirements
•Device: Reliable laptop or desktop computer.
•Internet: High-speed connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
•Audio: Noise-canceling headset.
•Video: Webcam for virtual meetings.
•Workspace: Quiet, professional environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Performance will be measured by call handling and sales metrics (details to be determined).
