Now, we’re looking for a skilled Medical Records and Bills Specialist to join our team and ensure that our operations run smoothly.

What You’ll Do: As a Medical Records and Bills Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
• Managing and organizing medical records and bills.
• Ensuring accurate data entry of medical records
• Supporting our personal injury team with precise documentation and record-keeping.
• Keep updated information of medical providers

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in an administrative role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and PDF software like Adobe Acrobat.
• Accurate and efficient data entry skills.
• Strong root-cause analysis skill
• A background in health care, engineering or personal injury is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years working experience on a graveyard shift.

Technical Requirements:
• Strong internet connection (wired; not mobile hotspot or data).
• Has a back-up power supply and data/ internet connection

Work Hours: Your schedule will be from 9 AM to 6 PM CST, Monday to Friday.
