Position: Medical Customer Service Representative (CSR)
Location: Physical Therapy Practice
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from patients, including scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and providing information about services. Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and other client-related matters.
Client Communication: Maintain high-quality communication with patients, ensuring clarity, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions. Address patient concerns and escalate complex issues to appropriate staff Upgrade to see actual information Management: Accurately input and manage patient data in the practice's database. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, managing
Sales and Service Promotion: Leverage prior sales experience to inform patients about additional services and programs that may benefit them. Understand and communicate the value proposition of the physical therapy practice effectively.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in English.
Prior administrative experience in a healthcare setting.
Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare practices.
Proficient in using healthcare management software and office tools (e.g., MS Office).
