Media Buyer
(1 full-time, remote position available)
At TRES, Singapore’s fastest-growing education and performance marketing agency, we’re seeking a Media Buyer to support our expanding work with clients and our educational programs. In this role, you will not only manage ad campaigns to maximise client ROI but also support students and our software users (Funnel Creation Kit), equipping them to run high-converting Meta ad campaigns with ease—even without prior sales or marketing experience.

With a keen understanding of media buying and the ability to explain complex concepts simply, you’re committed to helping both clients and students succeed in achieving their marketing goals. You’re adaptable, quick to learn new technologies, and ready to create resources that make media buying accessible to all levels.
Core Responsibilities:
Client Campaigns:
Manage and optimize ad campaigns to ensure clients achieve the highest ROI on ad spend.
Set up ad accounts, install tracking pixels and codes, and monitor key metrics (CPM, CTR, CPC, opt-in rates) to diagnose and optimize campaign performance.
Identify and target ideal audiences on Meta and Google, creating custom/lookalike audiences and custom affinity/intent targeting.
Report on campaign performance weekly and escalate underperforming campaigns as needed.
Education & Mentorship Support:
Develop clear and simple Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and instructional guides to support students and Funnel Creation Kit users in setting up and managing Meta ads independently.
Provide guidance to students in the 10x Mentoring Program on building offers, funnels, and ad strategies for growing their coaching businesses.
Offer hands-on support to Funnel Creation Kit users, assisting with account setup, targeting, and tracking to help them achieve their campaign goals.
Track student campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for scaling and optimization.
Key Skills and Experience:
Proficiency in Meta and Google Ads, with a strong focus on conversion-based media buying, audience targeting, and tracking.
Ability to simplify technical ad concepts for beginners and create resources that support learning.
Strong analytical skills for campaign troubleshooting and optimization.
Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM/automation platforms (preferred).
Excellent written and spoken English, with clear and supportive communication skills.
