Job Title: Marketing Virtual Assistant (VA)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Virtual Assistant (VA) to support our Marketing Manager by handling day-to-day tasks, freeing them up to focus on strategic projects. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth operation of our marketing systems and ensuring the efficiency of our lead generation processes. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, organized, and skilled in workflow automation to streamline tasks and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling Support:
Manage weekly cold caller logins and monitor performance.
Upload and update the Do Not Call (DNC) list into ReadyMode to maintain compliance.
Marketing Lead Inception:
Prepare leads for SMS blasts by ensuring accurate formatting and readiness.
Clean and maintain the dialer for optimal functionality.

Text Blasts:
Add leads from text blast responses to Podio for further action by the team.

Tax Auction Leads:
Regularly check for new data related to tax deed auctions.
Skip trace tax leads to ensure accurate and actionable contact information.

Workflow Automation (Preferred):
Develop, implement, and optimize automation workflows to streamline repetitive tasks.
Use tools like Zapier, Integromat, or other automation platforms to enhance marketing processes.

General Marketing Support:
Assist with administrative and operational tasks as directed by the Marketing Manager.
Provide support for ongoing and ad-hoc marketing projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure seamless handoffs and process flow.

Qualifications:
Experience in virtual assistance, marketing, or administrative roles is preferred.
Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Podio, ReadyMode) and automation platforms (Zapier, Integromat) is a huge plus.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proactive problem-solving and communication abilities.
